I drew a similar scene a year and a half ago in "You Cannot Love Someone into Not Abusing You," as the abuse and trauma she was experiencing overwhelmed her until she felt that she might break entirely.

This piece, however, offers a new perspective of the experience; one where God's grace and peace are tangible in the air even in the darkest of times. The Hope that one day, everything she's encountering now will be used for His glory to create a more beautiful story than she'd ever imagined. ✨
